For some reason I have been extra busy this week. I have dinner meetings after work and have not had a second to breath. Needless to say that is the reason that I didn’t have a blog ready for yesterday. I enjoy being busy because it makes the week go by fast and gets me to the weekend even faster, my favorite time of the week! This past weekend I made sure to capture my weekend in Instagram photos but couldn’t find the time to upload them to my computer..hopefully that will be accomplished tonight!
I actually stayed in the city for the first time in 2 months! I have been busy all summer visiting friends, going on vacation and soaking up the sun. I will tell you more about the weekend tomorrow but can’t wait to share one tid bit..this weekend I became smitten. Yes, smitten. A friend of mine didn’t know the word when I used it so incase you are in the same boat, here is the definition:

I haven’t felt this way in a while and it’s a really fun, exciting and nerve-racking feeling. I can’t stop thinking about the movie It Takes Two when Kirstie Alley describes love as “can’t-eat, can’t-sleep, reach-for-the-stars, over- the-fence, world-series kind of stuff”, that’s how I feel. Now, I’m not saying I’m in love but I wouldn’t mind hanging out with new boy in some of these scenarios..
